Causes of chronic testicular pain.
The anatomy of the groin and pelvis is a complex arrangement of nerves, muscles and other structures which can cause a wide range of discomfort. Some causes of pain include:
Nerve pain, either from trauma, prior surgery or idiopathic (no identifiable source)
Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction
Infection
Prostatitis
